**Job Specification**

Reporting to the Divisional Executive: Services & Relations, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall key relations, operations, and profitability of the mechanisation function in the group. This includes maintaining contact with most senior representative of key accounts, negotiating prices, divisional promotions and/or services. Builds lasting customer relationships. Develop, implement and co-ordinate systems facilities, people, and procedures to ensure that the workshops & spares department is equipped, structured to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

**Minimum Requirements**- National Diploma (Sales & Marketing)- 6 years experience at a managerial level focussing on the sales and marketing of agricultural machinery & equipment and/or the management of the workshops & spares department- Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency- Excellent MS Office & mechanisation supplier/dealer integrated systems skills

**Growth**
- Ability to execute in a diverse environment by building a deep understanding of the mechanisation portfolio - understanding of key customer needs and requirements, business data analysis, processes, and scenario modelling
- Work with key role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives to generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships (value and number)

**Optimisation**
- The procurement of inventory and stock management of mechanisation products and services at a national level
- Execute machinery, equipment & spares sales within industry standards and procedures
- Efficient operations of workshops through the direction of a technical support team
- Vendor and contract management for mechanisation portfolio (example New Holland)
- Financial management (budget) execution of applicable financial controls

**Leveraging Culture & Diversity**
- Ability to lead a high impact team and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Building trusting relations and inspire relations amongst the internal and external stakeholders and serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

**Digital Transformation**
- Driving automation/optimization of the mechanisation system - reporting functional management information
- Develop consumer-facing content across a variety of segments to publicize the company's products & brands
