**OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION**
To implement the Clarins E-commerce strategy, to meet / exceed the sales targets and to implement the day-to-day operations to ensure effective and successful running of the brand site.

Be responsible for supporting the Ecommerce and Digital Team in planning, coordinating, facilitating On-Line Pure Players activities with the aim of accelerating brand sales via our online platforms.

The E-commerce and Pure Player Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing existing site, and identify/foster further our Brand online with other ecommerce opportunities via Pure Players. Develop and manage ongoing strong relationships with online/marketing/merchandising teams to ensure that Clarins make-up and skincare ranges benefit from strong visibility and drive customer recruitment and sales through our online channels

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Manages Operational effectiveness**
- Assist with managing the Brand and Online Retailer P&L in conjunction with Ecommerce Manager
- Ensure that Brands website is the number 1 door with strong animation and effective promotions
- Work closely with Pure Players to ensure timely submission of sales reports - provide monthly sales estimates per online website, detailed Category and Top Sku level analysis and reporting
- Continuously monitor authorised pure players presence and performance
- Liaise with team members to identify marketing opportunities around key launches/promotional activities
- Create monthly and ad hoc reports to analyze online results. Run analysis of sales, traffic and conversion
- Compile the monthly Ecommerce Reports
- Complete monthly presentations on Site and Pure Players Performance for submission to Digital Executive
- Provide general support to the Digital Executive and Ecommerce Manager

***Manage the Clarins Website**
- Execute a successful online animation plan, with careful use of offers and promotions in accordance with defined activities
- Monitor the site’s performance intensely and amend plans accordingly
- Work with Demand Planning team to forecast and manage ecommerce inventory, to ensure sales are maximised and content delivered effectively
- Ensure smooth functioning of E-commerce activities, as well as the roll out of new platforms and site improvements
- Plan and activate e-merchandising and content management activities
- Work closely with the agencies for creative briefs, deployment, tracking, optimisation and reporting
- Ensure efficient running of the ecommerce site
- Optimise internal search functionalities
- Monitor orders and work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure delivery of parcels on time
- Curate and approve onsite social content through Olapic
- Daily sales reporting and monthly sales and site performance reporting
- Maintain effective relationships with the global digital team to implement cohesive global strategy whilst continuing to respect the local business needs and consumer market
- Leverage a data driven approach with emphasis on analysis, insight and recommended action related to spend, conversion and ROI

**Ensures Customer and Market Growth**
- Work with online partners to determine retailers specific online shopping marketing calendars and programs to drive sales, accelerate Brands share of voice opportunities, and provide commercial points of differentiation versus Own Brand sites and Pure Players commercial offers
- Responsible for the update of the refresh schedule and online sales & marketing calendar for Ecommerce stores; including supply of products/digital advertising assets
- Assist with content doc creation for monthly refreshes and digital production agency when applicable
- Create and manage updates on all product launches in new product worksheet, including changes to, launch dates, product metrics, shade and product names as well suggested retail price
- Manage site forecasting, such as for gift sets, including budgeting/allocation with brand and pure player teams
- Regular Update of interactive tools where applicable (skin type tools, foundation finder etc) in line with relevant product launches
- Ensure correct implementation with Pure Players, performing Q&A and ongoing brand page monitoring & updating and merchandising validation of new and discontinued products - liaising with local and regional brand/Online teams when needed.
- Support brands’ online strategy using digital marketing channels, online activations, CRM and omnichannel opportunities
- Continuously look for additional online Brand retail opportunities with existing authorized Pure Players, to increase contribution of Retailer Online sales to total Online retail performance

**Campaign Management**
- Manage weekly Campaign Schedules with Ecommerce and Digital Team, ensuring online specific campaigns are planned in conjunction with Brands own Online CRM, Media and Customer communications
