We’re looking for a team of fast learners and quick thinkers to jumpstart their career as Customer Service Advisors working on an international tech savvy campaign.

You’ll need to be a people’s person with a genuine passion and flare for communication and a hawk’s eye for detail. This campaign requires you to speak telephonically to customers so along with a sparkling voice, you'll also need to have empathy and be able to hear what is not being said when dealing with our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Resolving customer queries within operational and client policies and procedures
- Establishing the customers’ needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Assisting customers with promotional queries and seeing opportunities to up-sell
- Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customers’ problems at the first point of contact within agreed service levels, targets and objectives
- Being accountable for closing customer queries and ensuring resolution or feedback
- Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolving customers' service or billing complaints
- Promoting client products, services and solutions at all times

**What you’ll need**
- Matric
- English proficiency - both written and spoken
- Computer literacy - ability to speedily navigate systems effectively
- Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a contact centre environment (Essential)
- Availability to do night work and work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
- Successful pass rate of all training modules during campaign training
- Experience in a cellular phone environment (Advantageous)
- Exposure to online payments / banking (Desirable)
- Experience working for an international (offshore) organisation (Desirable)
