A vacancy exists in the Lounge division of Bravo Brands, to be based at our branch situated at Cape Town, Parow for the following position:
**Quality/ISO Manager/Specialist**

**Qualifications required**
- Matric / NQF 4 or equivalent level of education
- Quality/ISO related qualification

**Experience**
- 5 - 10 years’ experience as a quality/ISO manager

**Job competencies**
- Assist machine operators with quality awareness
- Issuing of non-conformance reports (CAR) for any defects or deviations and ensure proper corrective and preventative action is taken
- Ensuring proper identification, segregation and disposal of non-conforming products
- Control of internal and external non-conformance register through data recording and the generating of weekly / monthly reports
- Supervision of QC Inspectors and supervisors
- Conduct Monthly Quality Review Meetings and circulate minutes & action plan for improvement
- Process Control in current production
- Supplier Audits & Evaluation
- Risk Assessment reporting
- Calibration of measuring equipment
- ISO 9001:2015 QMS review, amendments and control
- Completion of Customer Surveys
- Absenteeism Tracking
- Control of Quarantine areas
- Documentation Control
- Housekeeping Audits
- Quality Control Plan and reports
- Control of PIR (NCR) reports, root cause analysis and close off
- Quality Awareness Training & SOP Training
- Conduct Internal Audits and update schedule accordingly
- Tracking Internal reject rate
- Waste reporting
- Participation in Management meetings
- Analyze Customer Complaints
- Participate in Customer Audits
- Ensure proper filing system in place (Configurations)
- Analyze In House Lab Test results
- Conduct internal audits and process audits

**Skills required**
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with little or no supervision.
- Conduct Quality Awareness Training / ISO Awareness Training
- Must be able to plan, organize, and implement multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
- Must be able to routinely make decisions which effect immediate operations.
- Must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have a good understanding of geometrical dimensioning and tolerance.
- Must be able to generate, follow and explain detailed proposals and operating procedures i.e., assembly instructions, inspection procedures, capital proposals).
- Must be able to analyze and correct complex product and/or process issues using independent judgment.
- Good computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, data base).
- 3-5 Years related Quality Engineering experience in an R&D or manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical skills and promotes a problem solving work style.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tool, inspection equipment.
- Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical problem solving skills.
- Matric
- Quality Control or Quality Systems (ISO 9001:2008) training

**Other requirements**
- Own transport
- Unendorsed drivers licence
