**Brokers Insurance Administrator**
We are looking for a strong administrator to join our high performing insurance brokerage, based in Strijdom Park, Randburg.
- Matric
- A driver’s license and preferably their own transport
- Previous insurance experience - short term
- Pay attention to detail
- Strong command of the English language - written and spoken
- Good time management and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing large volumes of information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and sound confident and friendly over the phone
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Preferably a non-smoker
**Responsibilities**
- Monthly insurer bordereauxs
- Monthly binder fee calculations
- Monthly balancing checks between different data reports
- Monthly balancing of insurer results
- Quarterly reports for external UMA partners
- Process financial transactions such as refunds, claims, commission and insurer payments
- Assist with premium allocations from time to time
- Assist with system accounting and bdx queries
- Reconciliation of certain Claim Float accounts
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Salary R10,000 - R15,000 depending on experience
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment (required)
- 2 Years Insurance experience (required)
License/Certification:
- Drivers (preferred)
