The ideal Catering Manager would have previous experience in the following:
Working as a Catering Manager in a clinic/hospital environment (catering servicing patients in clinical care)
Supervising and delegating at the various stages of the food service operation i. E. (ordering, receiving, storing of goods, issuing, preparation, cooking,
serving cleaning, disposal etc.
Managing all procedures, safety procedures, shift co
