**Real Estate Executive Assistant**

At **Smartwork Services**, we are looking for a **Real Estate Executive Assistant** who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, assist with client communication, and contribute to our marketing efforts, all while ensuring the seamless flow of operations.

As a **Real Estate Executive Assistant**, you’ll serve as the backbone of our real estate team, managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative duties with precision.

A solid background in real estate is essential for this role, as you will need to understand industry-specific terminology and processes to effectively support the team and clients.

This role also includes basic social media management and design tasks to help showcase properties and promote our brand.

**Responsibilities**
- **Client Support**: Communicate with clients, including homeowners and buyers, to schedule appointments and address inquiries.
- **Transaction Coordination**: Assist in managing paperwork, contracts, and deadlines to ensure smooth transactions.
- **Process Management**: Keep the team updated on key tasks and deadlines related to listings, closings, and client follow-ups.
- **Social Media Assistance**: Post property listings and updates on social media platforms.
- **Marketing Design**: Create simple graphics using tools like Canva to enhance marketing materials.

**Qualifications**
- **Real Estate Experience**: A MUST. Familiarity with the industry’s processes, terms, and documentation is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills**:

- **Real Estate Knowledge**: Understanding of property transactions, contracts, and client management.
- Basic social media management experience (e.g., scheduling posts, engaging with followers).
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva or similar software for simple marketing tasks.
