Building Development Coordinator

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the property development industry? I'm seeking a talented Development Coordinator to join this highly innovative property developer for a 6-month contract. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your administrative prowess and coordination skills across multiple stages of a project's lifecycle, requiring an educational background in the building environment (architecture, building technology, property studies, construction management) and strong organizational and administrative skills.
As a Development Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth handover of an 87-unit project. Your responsibilities will include:
**Building Handover**:
- Collating compliance certificates and handover documentation.
- Assisting the Marketing Team with client handover packs.
- Managing apartment handover schedules.
**Quality Control**:
- Assisting with snagging processes and defect management.
- Coordinating furniture installations and conducting inspections.
**Construction and Site Administration**:
- Conducting site inspections and arranging viewings.
- Managing record-keeping and filing of project information.
- Assisting with handover pack compilation.
**Development Administration**:
- Obtaining occupancy certificates and final approvals.
- Assisting with due diligence on potential sites.
- Compiling meeting minutes and reconciling furniture packages.
**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
