**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Advising clients on buying and selling of properties;
- Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers;
- Conduct property viewings;
- Carry out market appraisals;
- Managing transactions and processes and preparation of documents;
- Advertising properties;
- Managing client relationships;
- Managing partner/team/legal and bond originator relationships;
- Identifying potential clients and properties and convert leads into clients;
- Consistent achievement of set targets and goals.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Real Estate NQF 4 qualification and valid FFC licence (essential);
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in the real estate sales industry (essential);
- Experience working with luxury brands (essential);
- Experience in retirement developments (desirable).

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong customer-focused individual with excellent inter-personal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills;
- Strong team player;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets;
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
- Highly organised and proactive individual who has the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Fully bi-lingual in English and Afrikaans;
- Valid S.A. code 8 driver’s licence.
