We are currently looking for a **J**unior HR Generalist **to join our Team.

**About the role**:
The purpose of this position is to assist with all HR Operations and ensure the HR team offers the best employee experience to all N48Xers.

**More about the role - **What you will do**:

- Perform general administration duties of HR which includes maintaining employee files and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
- Manage all recruitment platforms and initiatives and ensure they are always updated.
- Prepare all required pre-employment checks (references and background checks)
- Ensure starter paperwork is completed and forwarded to payroll.
- Ensure new joiner pack is created for a new joiner’s first day and conduct Induction.
- Construct monthly payroll reporting and quality check before sending it to the HRBP to review.
- Assist with employee Benefits administration which included medical aid and provident fund.
- To support the HR Business Partner with the development and implementation of projects as required
- To support the HR Business Partner in preparing and submitting the WSP / ATR and EE Plans annually as required by regulation for the relevant company’s.
- Assist the HR Business Partner with the preparation of EE meetings.
- To assist with the preparation of documentation required for B-BBEE Audits for relevant company’s
- Maintaining skills databases monthly of all training that has taken place for relevant company’s
- To assist with Employee relations, such as ensuring labour law, regulations and company policies are complied with.

- HR Degree
- 3 Year Minimum HR experience
- MS Office suite knowledge
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
