Our Client a Large Medical organisation wishes to employ an Administrator responsible for doing quotations as well as assisting walk in Homecare customers. In line with the Companys strategic imperatives, the Administrator will not only professionally serve and assist customers to the best of their ability, but also perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks.

Minimum requirements, skills required and territory Qualification and requirements:

- Grade 12 certificate
- Administration and quotation experience in the South African Medical device market will be an advantage
- Recognised course in customer service
- Excellent computer literacy, especially Excel
- ACCPAC/SAGE300 experience an advantage
- Experience in processing and submitting medical aid claims
- South African Citizen

Skills required:

- Sense of urgency
- Excellent ability to plan, organize and handle all customer queries
- Attention to detail (Crucial)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Work under extreme pressure with frequent interruptions
- Goal oriented
- Good Communication (Verbally and written)
- Work efficiently and accuracy
- Listening and Taking instructions and fulfilling them as per management
- Time management

**Job Function Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following**:
To ensure that all quote requests received are responded to within a reasonable time frame in the correct structures. Liaise with product managers and sales team to ensure that price files are up to date. Ensure that corporate quotations and corporate pricing structures are adhered too. Assist with regional tenders as and when required.

To oversee the everyday sales of walk in Homecare customers within the region, and work to manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
