**Job Summary**:
In this 6-month Fixed Term Contract Recruiter role, you will be a recruiting and talent champion for CDW South Africa’s Shared Services Centre. Acting as a hands-on recruitment partner and advisor, you’ll be managing full lifecycle, high volume searches in our Cape Town Shared Services Center and guiding hiring managers in South Africa and the UK Head Office to find the best talent for the business.

**What you will do**:
**_ Be the point-person for CDW in all things Recruitment_**
- Build trust and relationships with hiring managers and help meet the talent demands of the business by getting a full understanding of the business’ needs with detailed intakes, debriefs, and feedback sessions.
- Proactively communicate on recruitment activity, metrics, successes, and challenges with your manager, hiring teams, and other leaders in the business.

**Must Have**:

- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate recruiting or agency, ideally in a Shared Services Center or Call Center or other high volume hiring environment
- Previous experience in recruiting for a growing organization with Employment Equity Plan operation and compliance
- Experience adhering to processes in an ATS - Jobvite or Workday preferred
- Knowledge of applicable laws, policies and practices related to recruitment in South Africa, with emphasis in helping to creating a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive workforce
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building and management with hiring managers, other internal teams, and staffing agencies or other external vendors.
- Demonstrated skill in prioritizing multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously including ability to shift priorities and question the status quo
- Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organised and proactive

**Nice to Have**:

- Be a proficient user of Workday Recruitment
- Strong applicant management and sourcing skills, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfortable working with and presenting recruitment data and market data, reporting, and analytics - ideally with LinkedIn Talent Insights or similar tool
- Excellent at juggling priorities, managing time wisely, being an attentive and responsive business partner, and enhancing the recruitment process
