We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6 months. This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager - EMEA but will support the wider global team.

**What you will be doing**:
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage the infrastructure of the TA team. This includes setting up new users in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), writing engaging job posts on LinkedIn, collating and communicating weekly reports in Excel, and supporting various ad hoc projects and tasks within Talent Acquisition.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your responsibilities will include...
- Utilising new starter reports to ensure all Line Managers have access to our ATS and be the point of contact for troubleshooting access queries
- Developing job posts online channels utilising branded media to ensure our vacancies reach the biggest audience possible
- Reviewing and communicating weekly reports using Excel, showcasing TA progress on all roles
- Run monthly reports from multiple TA tools and combine these into a TA dashboard for a more global view on performance
- Project support for TA Partners, accurately recording updates to ensure data is live and accessible
- Developing PowerPoint slides to support the leadership team with presentations
- Lead the maintenance of processes and associated administration using PowerPoint and SharePoint to keep our tools up to date

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite of tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SharePoint would be beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time, with often changing briefs
- Experience using LinkedIn for posting and sharing content
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
- Personable and trustworthy with confidential information
- A calm, measured and professional style
