**Join Our Team as a Domestic Marketing Manager**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Domestic Marketing Manager to drive Exxaro’s growth and enhance our competitive position within key domestic market segments, including Power, Metals, Steam, FCA / Buy-In, and more. This critical role will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic positioning of Exxaro’s products, crafting marketing, sales, and commercial strategies that differentiate us from competitors, and ultimately promoting our products in the domestic market.

As the Domestic Marketing Manager, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our market share, whether through innovative product offerings, strategic partnerships, or new distribution channels. Working closely with business units and relevant functions, you will enable the Market to Resources value chain and ensure the successful execution of Value in Use initiatives, driving optimal business outcomes.

A key part of your role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with domestic customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will monitor and assess the performance of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to maximize results and ensure continuous improvement.

Your leadership will be integral in guiding contract and operations specialist teams to successfully implement the domestic marketing strategy. By fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration, you will create an environment that accelerates Exxaro’s growth and revenue objectives.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BCom (Hons) Marketing Management (Essential/Minimum or)
- BCom (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum or)
- B Eng (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
- Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)

**EXPERIENCE**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To grow the Company's competitive position in Power, Metals, Steam, FCA / Buy-In and other Domestic market segments as directed.
- To define the positioning of the company's products, and to develop and execute marketing, sales and commercial strategies that differentiate Exxaro and promote the company's products in the domestic market.
- To continuously identify opportunities to expand the company's market share in the domestic market through new product offerings, partnerships, or distribution channels.
- To enable the Market to Resources value chain in collaboration with the business units, and relevant functions, while ensuring Value in Use initiatives are executed.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with domestic customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- To continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust as necessary to optimise results.
- To lead and guide contract and operations specialist teams towards the successful delivery of the domestic marketing strategy, creating an environment conducive to delivering Exxaro’s growth and revenue ambitions while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
