**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the office, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
- Perform general office accounting duties, such as processing invoices and expense reports, and managing accounts payable and receivable etc.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Planning, organising and managing events through the relevant and respective third parties
- General office logistics, receiving/sending parcels
- Arranging cleaning, tea/coffee/water/flowers
- Liaising with landlord when needed/issues arising
- Arrange travel and accommodation efficiently, ensure that the necessary travel documents required have been obtained e.g., visa. irements such as yellow fever injections
- Assist in Payroll and HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration etc.
- CIPC filings

**Minimum qualifications and experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office management/administrative role.
- Basic accounting skills (Accounting/Commerce or similar Diploma/Certificate beneficial)
- Knowledge of administrative software packages and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliability

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to R530,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Office Management: 5 years (required)
- Office Administration: 5 years (required)
