**The Role**
Do you get energy when you can make your customers happy? Is your day successful when you can help them? Come and join a team where the Sales & Marketing Manager and your colleagues will be happy to support you with their expertise.
We are looking for someone who enjoys autonomy and communicating with new customers every day. Someone with an affinity for technology and a lot of "sales" appetite would be ideal for this role.
Are you motivated to immerse yourself in the aftermarket world of compressors? Are you interested in making use of all relevant CTS Dashboards, these are: Vision Air, Key Products performance tables, Spare Parts customer bridge and Parts ladder to identify and categories customers to target. Use all additional SAP data to identify customers that we need to call. Pro-actively sell all the Atlas Copco CTS Service Offering to our complete customer base.
Once categorised, contact our customer’s, and carry out the following steps:
Identify customers who purchased parts the previous year but not in the current year and enquire as to their status. Discuss with them and offer our Parts, Service, or a possible sales visit
Present to the customer our Smartlink solutions and explain the importance of connectivity
Discuss with Atlas Copco customers our capability to repair other brand machines and present EDMAC
Present our Oil Range to the customers and the benefit of using our technology
Present Air net piping solutions
Discuss age of the equipment and potential offerings such as overhaul vs AirPlan or other replacement options
Identify customers who buy our parts but who do not service with us. Enquire as to the reasons and introduce our external sales team visit your site and present a solution, (Might be a Lost Boy)
Contact customers who are regular fixed price service customers and offer them the Service plan options
If on Service plan PM, have they considered TR or EW+
Present to our customers our full range of Advanced Services on offer to optimise the customers operations
Then we would like to get to know you better and to see if you click, not only with our sales engineer job, but also with our own company values.
**What we expect of you?**
Be familiar with a fast-paced customer focused environment
Operational experience of our customer centre service organisation is considered a plus
Technical Product Knowledge (Atlas Copco Brand) is a plus, or the ability to quickly understand parts and their features and benefits
Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Must be able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service
A real flair for the Tele Sales environment and enjoyment of cold calling customer
A Friendly and Persuasive demeanor
A drive for sales and customer satisfaction
An ability to secure an appointment for a sales rep or a follow up call
A strong eye for detail and ability to work independently
The ability to maintain good Customer relationships
Good command of English
Computer literate - MS Office
