**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Luxury Business hotel in Cape Town CBD is requiring a Female Deputy General Manager.

THIS IS A LIVE OUT POSITION - FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS ONLY

**Must have previous management experience Small Luxury Hotels, strong rooms division manager background preferred.**
- Hospitality/Tourism /business related tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years functional management experience (HOD or AGM) in a hospitality environment

**Key Areas of Responisbility**:
**General Management, HR & IR processes, Food & Beverage Management, Restaurant Management, Conference & Banqueting Management, Food & Beverage Cost Control**

**Salary**: R30 000,00 per month

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (preferred)
