**Purpose of the Role**

Ensure that purchasing and inventory activity is carried out to ensure all agreed KPIs are met.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Ensure that Inventory levels in all locations nationally are reviewed and adjusted at agreed frequencies to meet agreed KPIs for parts availability, stock profile and stock turn
- Maintain SAP Material Master Database and ensure clean, consistent data is available
- Place POs at agreed frequencies to meet above criteria. Hyster & NON Hyster
- Hyster Stock Orders - ensure daily routines are followed at all times. Review daily emergency demand to ensure stock out issues is rectified
- Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers for Hyster parts
- Regular Processing of Parts Returns as agreed by Hyster and other suppliers
- Proactively review and follow up on progress of all Outstanding Orders
- Process supplier price reviews (Hyster, Mast, Bradshaw, TEMO etc.)
- Assist with all other related inventory related processes as and when required
- Meet all relevant company objectives set in line with agreed business plans as well as
- individual and relevant team scorecards
- Recon of all cash account payments

**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**

Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12

Minimum Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
