**Job Overview**
We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to build and lead their ambitious sales team. Their goal is to hire up to 50 sales representatives and account managers over the next year.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to optimize growth and customer retention among 30,000 clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor their offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to attract and engage new clients while retaining existing ones.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales performance, managing customer interactions, and generating reports.
- Train and mentor sales staff on best practices, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand their customer base and enhance brand presence.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in the promotional products or wholesale industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large customer accounts and meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
