**Desired Experience and Qualifications**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma or National Certificate in HR Management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR admin position preferably gained in a contact Centre or alternatively a fast-paced customer service environment within a larger organization
- A people-centred approach, complemented by strong administrative and follow up skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word)
- Prepared to travel domestically when/if required
- Flexible to work night shift, Public Holidays and Religious holidays and weekends

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Ensure compliance with HR Policies and Procedures
- Maintain/update the HR Information System (Sage 300)
- Leave administration - ensure ‘on-duty’ registers reconcile with leave captured on Sage
- Schedule employee focus groups
- Assisting with the administration of the full employee life cycle from onboarding to the exiting process
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, projects and systems - including facilitating culture initiatives, wellness days, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) referral process and induction.
- Providing IR advice and coaching of Line Managers on the management of poor performance, discipline, ill-health and disability matters
- Assist employees with resolving day-to-day HR, payroll, benefit related queries
- Compile monthly statistics and maintain various trackers - absenteeism, movement trackers, attrition, follow up on monthly performance reviews.
