**JOB PURPOSE & DIMENSION**:
To provide efficient PA support to the Group HR Director as well as administrative support to the HR Admin Manger in order to meet the organisation's broader HR administrative and related statutory requirements.
Provide administrative support related to the collection, collation, analysis and reporting of HR data and information.
Provide efficient systems support IRO HR Systems and tools to assist the HR Admin Manager with relevant reporting and maintenance of HR information.
Provide adhoc administrative support to the Corporate HR office where required.
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:
Duties include but will not be limited to:
- Provide PA services to the Group HRD
- Assist in maintaining accurate and current data on the SAGE HR system.
- Assist in collection and analysis of HR data for reporting purposes.
- Responsible for updating all HR documentation as and when process or legislative changes are implemented/required.
- Ensure accurate and timeous filing of all HR information.
- Assist in setting up HR meetings as per HR calendar i.e., Employment Equity, team meeting etc.
- Assist in research, preparation and updating of information and presentations as required for EXCO and Board meetings
- Coordinate and manage interviews when required.
- Pro-active and accurate filing of HR documentation and staff files
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
- Good knowledge of general administrative processes.
- At least 2 years working experience within an administrative role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Exposure to and experience with SAGE 300 preferable/advantageous
- Superior telephone etiquette.
- Strong and assertive communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Time management.
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive.
- Pressure resilient.
- Good blend of people / task orientation.
