The Sales Lead is responsible for managing the Sales strategy, planning, developing, implementing, and innovation for the hotel. A customer obsessed mindset is key to deliver customer target strategies build on insights, experiential and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract new customers and drive sales.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as events and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyses sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and offerings to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven history of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Valid driver's license.
