Duties and responsibilities include: Source properties to list for sale (Seller leads provided) Value properties Communicate regularly with clients Arrange/conduct property viewings Write property descriptions and post ads Guide buyers through the offer and purchase process Complete all necessary duties performed by an Estate Agent Prior real estate experience not required but is a plus. Tertiary education not required but is a plus. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Personal skills - Friendly, well-mannered Entrepreneurial skills - a will to succeed and constantly improve Agents will be provided with the necessary training and guidance to be successful Own transport required
