**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for creation of maintenance schedules and work orders within the maintenance management system.
Provide reports and KPIs on the performance of the maintenance team by using the management program.
Create and manage daily downtime repots with the use of the CMMS system.
Maintain parts inventory.
Cost-effective management of storeroom stock levels.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks.
Estimate costs of labour and parts for servicing of industrial equipment.
Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
Serve as liaison between maintenance and operations.
Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management.
Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors.
Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organizations maintenance goals 12-week cycle.
Manage SAP PM, ordering and POs.
Any reasonable tasks required by the Chief Engineer.

**Requirements**:
Engineering technical Diploma/N-Diploma
- Preferably Mechanical.
Technical background with spares, stores and purchasing
5+ years experience in a similar role
5+ years CMMS Super user experience. e.g., SAP/Maximo/Pragma.
3+ years Experience in Purchasing
Strong knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes, bakery preferred
