Collaborate with the commercial leaders in every business unit to budget for and introduce data science and analytics capabilities into their teams and insights and ML models into their products and processes. Success will be measured by the successful activation of full data scientists and analysts’ resources towards the business units OKRs, and the successful deployment of at least 1 ML model into a client facing product.
- **We can attract and incubate world class data talent**:Scope roles, clarify needs, build an appetite for investing in data scientists. Ensure successful hiring for these roles, with success measured by the attainment of company objectives and the retention rate of new hires, specifically their 12-month anniversary milestone.
- **We have created the ideal environment for high performance data-enriched teams.** Continuously surface any challenges faced by the data folks embedded into their commercial teams, and lead initiatives to overcome them. Surface issues affecting team motivation and impact and implementing necessary changes to our regular rhythms monthly. Success will be measured by the absence of recurring themes for improvement in data-wide retros.

**Qualification and Experience**
