A fragrance & cosmetic brand seeks a Head of IT.

The Head of IT will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading all IT related activities within the organisation, whilst focusing on developing process maturity and cross-functional synergies to achieve business objectives.
The Head of IT will help determine the IT needs of the organisation and take responsibility for implementing systems as well as other IT related interventions to fulfil the organisation’s information systems requirements.

IT Operations and Infrastructure
- Maximize day-to-day efficiency and productivity within the company, for instance, by automating complex tasks or enabling faster communication across departments
- Ensuring system stability and availability
- Ensure Governance, Controls, and compliance
- Ensure leading solutions deployed to communicate and operate
- Build IT organisational maturity and service delivery
Build and enhance technologies supporting our members
- Lead development of member facing solutions to enhance the member experience
- Manage team, pipeline, engagement, and end to end tech road map and architecture
- Manage engineers and developers (internal or external) who design the products/services and evaluate the appeal and functionality of the final product/service versions.

IT Service Management - ITIL V3/V4
- IT Governance - COBIT
- Project Management - Agile, DevOps, Prince2, PMP
- Information Management Degree or relevant qualification
- Matric Certificate
- Drivers License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R100,000.00 - R125,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
