My client, a very exclusive retail brand with their Head Office in Somerset West, is seeking to employ a Lease Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk to support the finance team

Main purpose of the role:
To support the Finance Team by dealing with the day-to-day finance administration, specifically Accounts Payable, ensuring all duties are performed in a timely and effective manner in accordance with standards of practice. Also responsible for Namibia Bookkeeping and Reporting.

Skills and qualifications:

- Accounting Degree / Diploma / N6 equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced)
- Excel (advanced)
- Proficient in D365 / NAVISION / SAP

Key responsibilities:

- Creditors - Raising PO’s; invoicing PO’s and processing of payments
- Loading of contracts
- Petty Cash (E-wallets)
- Tutuka vouchers uploading and void on D365
- AP Invoicing
- Reports - Marketing / EMEA Marketing
- Journals - Provision, Prepayment, month-end
- IFRS Journal
- Rentals - Release Purchase Agreements Rentals / Invoice Rentals / load payments & Rentals; Rental Sheet update
- BGT’s
- Group recharge invoices
