**What will you do?**
**Outputs/ Core Tasks**:
- Paying of medical examinations/accounts.
- Reconciliation of medical expense accounts (electronic & manual).
- Update practice and member records.
- Processing of documentation and letters.
- Finalise enquiries.
- Tabulations of controlled payments.
- Request information where information is lacking.
- Finalise journal transactions.
- Handling of cases in medical remuneration mailboxes.
- Ensure clients are satisfied and retained.
- Update client information on a regular basis.
- Flexibility to be trained in other areas of the business.
**Note**:The environment necessitates overtime in peak periods.- The amount of overtime hours depends on the business need in terms of the volumes received.**What will make you successful in this role?**

**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12
**Experience**:
- At least 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in the Life Insurance industry within the New Business division.
- At least 1-year experience in a target and production driven environment.
- Exposure to reconciliation of accounts as well as payment of service providers.
**Knowledge**:
- Knowledge of Life Assurance and/or Financial Services industry.
