**Job Summary**: Looking to work client side?

Our client is a prestigious and well known developer with a 40 year long track record. Whilst they have built everything from fuel stations to sky scrapers, it is their retail division which is creating additional delivery capacity. This team is working on green field and redevelopment projects around the country, and they are looking for a tenant coordinator who has a minimum of 5 years experience with malls upward of 20,000sm. This role entails ensuring all tenants are assisted with the documentation and specifications they need in order to open their stores on time. Acting as a conduit between the development manager, contractor and tenant, your role will be pivotal in providing the tenants with the boxes they need to create attractive and functional spaces within negotiated time lines. It requires someone with exceptional stakeholder management and administrative skills who has the technical know-how needed to understand architectural plans and budgeting considerations.
