- To manage the day-to-day activities of the operating aspects of the Enablement areas in alignment with the overall operations strategy and ensure that the C& I COO and Enablement Head are updated and appraised of delivery, performance and constraints to delivery**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Qualification in a Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or relevant field
- Experience Required: Minimum of 8 to 12 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 3 to 4 years ideally at senior leadership leve

**responsibilities**:

- Ensure business strategy of area of accountability is adequately budgeted for to drive the financial performance of the business
- Create customer service goals across operational units that enshrine Organisational values and enable the business to achieve its customer service vision
- Create conditions that support the delivery of a positive customer experience and sponsors and leads the implementation of customer service projects Represent customer service value proposition in the business and secures the buy-in of employees and industry Define an integrated and cross-functional service value chain and consider consequences of future actions on the viability of the business
- Engage with relevant leaders to collaterally and
- proactively manage the requirements of relevant function or business Actively seek and contribute to diverse opinions Drive strategic relationships to collaterally make sense of the ambiguity and uncertainty inherent to the organisation
- Drive the development and implementation of integrated corporate governance, compliance, integrity, and ethics frameworks throughout the business
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and internal compliance procedures and requirements Ensure compliance is adopted in terms of systems and procedures as laid out
- Align, integrate, and innovate in area of speciality across the Business to enable the creation of integrated and specialised solutions and sustainable competitive advantage
- Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement
- Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging conditions affecting industry and/or business through forecasting and analysis across FirstRand
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide of advice to relevant stakeholders
- Use insights and knowledge gained from high level reports to influence direction of the business to ensure organisation performance against long-term strategy and make necessary adjustments
- Develop a people development plan for area of accountability to support Business and Group strategies
- Demonstrate leadership by providing strategic direction, fostering high ethical standards in meeting
- Organisational vision and goals, and design and implement strategies that maximise employee potential
- Encourage, establish, and maintain strategic relationships across multiple functional areas to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions
