**Key Performance Area**:

- Managing all incoming import product items in terms of shipments
- Compiling final price analysis for imported product lines and processing of pricing on the system
- Allocation of stock to stores - able to understand stock to sales
- Liaising closely with stores to meet requests with regard to specific stock requirements
- Continuous balancing of stock across stores and actioning internal transfers where required
- Listing all new product items on the system, as well as cost prices and selling prices.
- Handle all Store promotions - action pricing on the system and communication to stores
- Maintains all the required updates of systems and processes daily within the department
- Responsible for extracting data and compiling reports when required
- Able to compile requested analysis on product or stores - as required
- Assistance with all ad hoc tasks / administration relating to the Buying department

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary education in Retail Buying, Business Science/ Administration, Marketing or Sales
- Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Well presented, groomed with professional organisational skills
- Good financial acumen
- Proactive, confident and a self-starter
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple priorities
