- Logical thinking and easily understand tasks and instructions given
- Ability to work under pressure and also independently
- Display friendly and efficient qualities that reflect confidence and willingness to help
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Possess high energy levels
- Have reliable transport

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting other staff members with work overflow
- Gathering records & information for new orders
- Checking product parameter accuracy according to guidelines
- Product labelling and packaging
- Product final quality checks
- Providing excellent internal customer service to the employee base
- Maintaining general office files, including job files / job records and ensuring accuracy of data and filing of paperwork
- Performing other relevant duties when needed

**Location: Craighall Park**

**Monday - Friday: 7.00am - 16.00pm**

**Work Remotely: No**

**Remuneration: starting R6 000.00 for 3 -6 months probation period**

**Job Type: Full time - Contract renewable annually**
