The successful incumbent will be responsible for the scheduling of service teams.

**Job Specification**:

- Responsible for scheduling service teams nationally
- Generate daily job cards per team
- Reschedule any outstanding service calls
- Generate weekly KPI reports
- Optimize vehicle routing
- Compile stock take
- Train staff members on Service Master
- Responsible for administrating contracts (new and existing)
- Schedule vehicle servicing
- Reconcile all logbooks

**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Computer Literate (Microsoft office) essential
- Certificate in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management will be advantageous
- Previous administration experience is essential

- Excellent liaison between service teams and clients
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to plan and organise work for service teams efficiently
- Customer service orientated
- Ability to be flexible
