Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably within IT or Manufacturing industry (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
