Office Administrator

Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.
**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.
Organising and maintaining of general office areas.
Managing cleaning of office space.
Carry out routine checks to ensure safety and security.
Manage any office renovations/improvements.
Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises.
Maintaining general office supplies to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures, while supporting the budget parameters of the company.
Maintain great client and supplier relations.
Management of office parking.
Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and planning refreshments.
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering.
**Requirements of this Post**:
Matric.
At least 3 years’ experience as an Office Administrator.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Application.
Excellent communication skills.
Dynamic, hard-working, pleasant personality, self-disciplined & self-motivated.
Familiarity with office organization techniques.
