As an Invoice Clerk, you will report to the Office Manager and undertake tasks required to ensure the smooth running of Operations. The primary responsibility of the invoice clerk is to ensure the data captured, is accurate.
- Ensure all invoicing are completed on time.
- Attention to detail.
- The Invoice Clerk must ensure an organized filing and archive system.
- Work with other staff members as a team.
- Ensure stationery is sufficient for daily business processes to run smoothly.
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis.

Carry out any other reasonable instruction given by those in authority over you.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month
