**Stores Controller needed in Witbank.**
- Grade 12.

- Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle.

**Salary: R25 000 - R28 000 per month.**

5 Years minimum Store experience.

Overseeing of 2 Stores and personnel.

**Advanced knowledge of Sage pastel evolution.**
- Effectively handling and resolving Store queries.
- Efficiently expedite outstanding orders.
- Invoice GRV’s.
- Writing of RTOs and gate passes.
- Receiving Parts.
- Dispatching of parts to correct sites.
- Recordings of All Sites Oil Consumptions.
- Monitoring of Diesel Bay.
- Monthly Stocktake.
- Ensuring Correct Stock Levels.
- Item Returns.
- Recording of Workshop Mechanic Job cards.
- Overseeing of Rotatable.
- Key Control.
- Knowledge of MS outlook (Supplier communication).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Reporting & recons).
- Reporting, data capturing & filing.
- Housekeeping
- Problem solving.
- Work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skill to work with team members & suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills. Clearly and effectively communicate on all WhatsApp groups.
