To facilitate the full administration function of the implementations period and to support the sales and the technical activities that form a part of it.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**

**Minimum**
- Matric (NQF level 4)
- 2 years in customer service, retail, admin, data capturing or project management environment

**Desired**
- Customer Service Certificate (NQF level 5)
- Project Management experience
- Payments/CRM industry experience
- Experience in banking or payments industries

**Ideal**
- Bachelor of Business Administration (NQF level 7)
- Banking industry experience in merchant services
- Payment’s industry experience (across multiple payment platforms and technology)
- Mobile payment experience
