A well-established business is seeking to appoint a General Manager: Agricultural Economics
To manage and lead the Agricultural Economics unit to ensure that key strategic objectives are met.
Is responsible for adopting and optimizing a best fit operational model with the appropriate finance, governance and risk framework
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 4 years' Degree in Agriculture Economics
- 10 years' experience in Agriculture Credit and Finance Management

**Critical Competencies**:

- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Knowledge / Experience of compliance systems / tools
- Compliance Management Principles
- Knowledge of Compliance related legislation
- Knowledge of Business and Law Principles
- Business operations, business processes, management, budgeting and business office operations
- Accounting Principles
- Financial Analysis
- Customer Service Orientation
