**Job Description**:

- Assist, support and oversee the team on department procedures, KPIs and day to day functions
- Control and maintain division’s WIPs and Accrual reports on a weekly basis
- Regular reconciliation of files to ensure profitability is kept high
- Generate and record monthly reports
- Telephonic and service calls with sales and servicing division - Building client relationships
- Attending meetings with shipping lines and Transporters
- Manage and maintain claims, customs refunds and queries effectively and timeously
- Providing physical operational support to the team if required

**Qualifications**:

- 5 - 10 Years’ leadership experience in sea import
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Solid communication skills, self-motivated and positive attitude. Ability to motivate all staff, be a leader.
- Experience in CargoWise
- Ability to balance & meet the expectations of the client, Toll and shareholders
- Willingness to work hands-on in sea import control if required
