About the Role:

As a Social Media Marketing Manager at our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for our clients. Content Creation: Craft engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Visme. Scheduling and Analytics: Utilise social media scheduling platforms to plan and execute content calendars. Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies. Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community through active engagement, responding to comments, and initiating conversations. AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance social media strategies and stay at the forefront of industry trends. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and innovative content. Reporting: Provide regular reports on social media performance, highlighting successes and proposing improvements. Client Interaction: Collaborate directly with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning social media efforts with their business objectives.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management. Skills: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Visme, and various social media scheduling platforms. AI Proficiency: Expert understanding of AI tools and their application in social media strategies. Creativity: Bring a creative flair to content creation and innovative campaign ideas. Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in client interactions and teamwork. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving trends and algorithm changes on social media platforms.
