**Job Description**:

- As a Rights Administrator you will provide the services to the Mining Rights Department as required and your responsibilities will include
- Receiving, registering, distributing, and monitoring of all legal documents and correspondence relating to mineral rights
- Assist in ensuring statutory obligations are met for all prospecting and mining titles, including the coordination of fees and other critical payments.
- Providing exceptional reports from systems on status of rights commitments and obligations
- Manage and maintain electronic mineral rights data base (Landfolio System) for all Operations
- Capture and update Mineral Rights transactions
- Ensure relevant information is provided to appropriate stakeholders as and when required
- Generate system reports in preparation for Rights for Mining meetings.
- Assist with closing actions and ensure data integrity
- Control internal and external in and out flow records under management of the department
- Ability to initiate and build long-term trust relations with all stakeholders in the business

**This role is in the Corporate Affairs department at a Band 7 level reporting to the Mineral Rights Manager.**

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced Certificate/Diploma or related discipline

**Your experience will include**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the mining, government regulation or consulting environment
- Knowledge of Mineral Law and related legislation will be advantageous.
- Familiar with the principles of property law
- Management of lease agreements and property management
- basic knowledge of administration procedures
