To deliver operations and administration support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Job Description**:
Administrative and operations support: Provide administrative and operations support against standard operating procedures | Ad Hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis | Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards. Take ownership of portfolio and drive optimal performance of the specific portion of the portfolio in order to positively contribute to the overall performance of the Home Loans (All Products)

Experience required : 2/3years Insolvency and Deceased Estates experience.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
