**The Position**

GrowthPros seeks to further expand and grow a team in Cape Town with the addition of Ambitious Strong Sales Agents who will hold the ability to further develop his/her career within the business. This is a permanent full-time in office position offering an excellent salary and exceptional career prospects.

Character and personality are critical to success at this role. Having a clear professional neutral accent is highly beneficial with previous global experience an advantage.

Core Responsibilities:

- Cold and Warm calling pre-existing students/customers and developing new business opportunities
- Scheduling appointments with Senior Sales Executives for high value products and services
- Driving student engagement and attendance of scheduled meetings
- Explaining financial trading and financial concepts to individual traders post training
- Manage incoming enquiries and support clients queries in a timely manner
- Achieve/Exceed challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy
- Each Consultant will be expected to meet specific daily and weekly KPIs, including but not limited to daily and weekly call rates, specific call qualities so as to fully support each client fully and sales specific KPI’s.
- Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone so as to deliver significant new business opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions

Skills & Experience in order to qualify:

- 2 years plus B2C sales experience, within a SALES call Centre
- Proven sales experience
- “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude
- The role holder will be highly self-motivated and self-directed, and will also be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and capable of operating as part of a team
- Initiative and ability to work effectively without direct supervision required
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills with perfect English is required - both spoken and written
- Speaks well
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A demonstrable interest in finance/financial trading be it forex, equities, indices, commodities, bonds, ETF’s or combination of the same is a distinct advantage
- Stays within 30+- kilometers from Cape Town. CBD

Salary / Remuneration:

- The average commission is between R10,000- R30,000+ per month
- With commission earning highly possible from month 1.
- As you get more experienced you are very likely to increase beyond this significantly
- Total On Target Earnings should be more than R30,000+ per month
- We are not saying this is easy - nothing great ever is but the rewards are excellent
- Basic salary is R8 000- R12 500 gross per month
- Commissions are uncapped and we expect a new team member to start earning R10 000+ Commission per month quickly and then going far beyond that.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,500.00 per month
