GRA Lead

**Business Overview**

This is a busy, fast paced operation which offers many challenges and opportunities for the right person. This position is based at Boksburg, Gauteng.

**Role Outline**

To ensure proper POD and KPI management. Ensure customer service is the highest standard and that losses to the Company are kept to a minimum. Maintain the integrity of the Company at all times. Ensure good governance wrt warehouse GRA integrity and processors.

**General Accountabilities**
- To contribute to a productive working environment
- To work within any operating area as determined by Management and the needs of the Business
- Management of POD's
- Effective leadership and management of operational and admin teams
- Maintain and manage appropriate information/reporting systems/Monthly and weekly
- Be actively involved in and support change initiatives
- Honesty - pride in your job and an eye for detail
- Ensure housekeeping in the area is up to standard
- Operate with integrity and ethical values
- Ensure correct use of equipment and to timeously report any defects / faults
- Ensure scanning disks are uploaded
- Report and record any non conformity with regards to the customers merchandise or unsafe acts
- OMS-Support and monitor
- SOP- Updating and Implementation
- Complete tasks timeously
- Adhere to the Unit's SHE rules and best practices
- Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised
- Report any persons behaviour that may impact on the safety, quality and integrity of the stored product

**Qualifications**
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Logistics/supply Chain
- 3 - 5 years experience

**Skills/Competencies/Experiences**
- Computer literacy
- Communication skills
- Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
- Deadline driven
- Good written and communication skills
- 3-5 years Logistics / Warehousing experience
- Enforcement of Health & Safety procedures and identify hazards
- Achieve work targets and is willing to take on additional roles / responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure
