**Requirements**:
- Matric (essential).
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a finance administrator role.
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting package (advantageous).
- Relevant tertiary education / qualifications.
**Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to**:
- Ensuring all invoices are SARS compliant.
- Ensure allocation of entries in accounting package are to the correct general ledger account.
- All reconciliations to be done on time, in the correct format and accurate.
- All creditor payments done on time.
- Ensure all VAT categories in accounting package are correct.
- Contractual billing invoices done by deadline and accurately.
- Balancing invoices to statements prior to payment.
- Prepare invoicing and process batches.
- Assistance with insurance to asset verification.
- Assisting the Finance Director and Managers with ADHOC duties.
- Attend all internal and third-party training courses as defined by the company.
- Adhere to all published policies and processes.
- Compliance with all legislation and regulation, including time and attendance, leave administration etc.
- Adoption of an accountability stance for all stakeholder management.
- Build strong ethical working relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Uphold all company values, ethics and promote the company culture.
- Assistance with other job roles when required when colleague on leave etc.
