**Our client has been at the forefront of the development of biomass processing for almost 20 years. They operate throughout South Africa, as well as in various other countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. They currently have a challenging, yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced and driven Regional Manager to join their team in Worcester.**

This position requires a **hands-on approach** in order to grow their footprint in the wood chipping industry through **strategic marketing**, professional **client liaison**, effective **budget and team management** as well as through **preventative maintenance** on machines and equipment.

**To ensure success in this role, the following is required**:

- A minimum of 8 years' proven experience in the agricultural sector.
- Marketing and/or sales experience will be advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of earth moving machinery or industrial woodchippers.
- Proven experience in relationship building and team management.
- Ability to represent the company independently to clients.
- Excellent problem solving and effective decision making skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month
