**There current job opening is for one of our entities: Barrs Pharmaceuticals.**

**Purpose of the job**: The Human Resource Manager spear heads the Human Resource department and is responsible for smooth Human Resource relations from both an operational and a strategic perspective, as an advisor in matters of recruitment, as a leader in terms of employee relations and administration, performance management, training and organisational structure.

**Minimum Education**:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar

Additional training in employment law and/or organisational development, and/or occupational health and safety would be advantageous.

**Technical competencies/ Professional expertise**:
Human Resource Management: Identifies optimal solutions to HR issues, respecting organizational values and legal requirements.

Training & Presenting Information: Formally delivers information to groups; is able to speak to different audiences; can convey the information comprehensively.

Good computer skills which include Excel and skills in database management, record keeping and HRMS
