A qualification in human resources would be an advantage

**Experience**:

- Having worked for a recruitment company, or worked as a research consultant will not necessarily qualify you for this position
- You must have performed the duties of a recruitment consultant, as is listed below
- Own car and valid drivers' licence is essential

**Character Traits**:

- Professional conduct and appearance is essential
- You must be well spoken, be fluent in English, while having a good understanding of Afrikaans
- Time management and self-organisation is essential.
- Being self-motivated, with the desire to chase targets is an advantage

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- You are required to canvass and secure new clients as per the company's chosen field of recruitment
- You will be required to draw up job briefs for your clients
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Good computer program knowledge which includes; Outlook, Excel and Word is essential

**Remuneration**:
This position offers a market related basic salary as well as commission, to be discussed at interview stage
