HR Executive Administrator

Gauteng, South Africa African Personnel Full time

HR Executive Administrator required for a globally intentionally renowned company based in the North of Gauteng with;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Min 4 years in HR
- Experience out of the mining, manufacturing, technical or construction industry is required
- Valid driver’s license and transport
- Understanding of the HR processors from recruitment and selection.
- Performance management and relevant KPI’s
- Onboarding of all new employees
- WCA standards
- Oversee all SLA and suppliers of contractors thereof.
- Quality management
- IT Management - liaising with suppliers on IT issues and performance thereof.
- Assist the company with all respective travel management, property management and policies and procedures.
- Report into the GM and to the internal HR Elective
- Ability and implement leadership abilities.
- Adapt to international working hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
